I. Name, Seat and Purposes of the Association
Art. 1 Name and Seat
LUde.S. Association of Graduated Physiotherapists (later AFIL) is the professional association of corporate and qualified physiotherapists of LUde.S. Free University of Human Sciences and Technology.
The AFIL is an association founded by Article. 60 s. CC, whose headquarters is based in Lugano, in Via Ceresio 40/42. AFIL is professionally and politically neutral.
Art. 2 Purposes
The aims of AFIL are:
- Protecting image rights and interests of qualified physiotherapists of LUde.S. both at home and abroad.
- Providing professional training to its members, a complementary training and optimization-oriented practice.
- Promoting the profession and its further development.
- Organizing and ensuring the management of a comprehensive set of services.
- Supporting and promoting professional activities of its members.
- Representing the interests of its members in respect of political bodies, authorities and other organizations.
In order to reach these objectives, AFIL is allowed to take somebinding decisions on its members, to prepare regulations and conclude contracts.
