Art. 1 Denomination
According to art. 60 et seq. of the Swiss Civil Code, was constituted SISMO International Scientific Society of Osteopathic Medicine (hereafter referred to as "SISMO"), governed by this statute.
Art. 2 Seat and period
The world headquarters of S.I.S.M.O. are in 1207 Ginevra, Quai Gustave - Ador 60, Switzerland, and the association has unlimited duration.
Art. 3 Purposes
The S.I.S.M.O. is not for profit and it has scientific purposes.
It was established to promote all activities that may allow the study of clinical and theoretical aspects of osteopathic medicine.
It consists of all graduates of osteopathy at LUde.S. - Free University of Human Sciences and Technology.
It protects the interests of all shareholders, at any site, both at home and abroad.
