Students
Currently 512 students are enrolled in courses at the LUde.S.; 61 of which to Continuing Education Courses. 98% of students are foreigners. The courses in Italian, English and French, are taught by Swiss and European professors and researchers.
Students arean important economic factor for the city led to the renting of houses to stay during the academic year.
More than 100 students reside permanently in Switzerland during their studies with a total volume estimated at more than 1,250,000 francs.
There are expenses for:
- Trasportation, travels, rail and flight tickets, fuel and parking: 400.000 chf.
- Communication and call traffic: 40.000 chf.
- Catering and food supply: 250.000 chf.
- Sport facilities: 10.000 chf.
- Free time: 70.000 chf.
- Books, school and scientific material: 350.000 chf.
